A Little Blurb about "A Living Room Christmas":
We decided to call it "A Living Room Christmas" because it best represented what we wanted the album to feel like. We tried to keep the recording as organic as possible ... and essentially, it's a live acoustic recording (imperfections and all). It's the kind of album you listen to at the end of a hectic day ... by the fireplace ... with a warm cup of hot chocolate in your hand.
It's like Christmas Eve in a bottle. Not Christmas morning ... not turkey dinner with the family ... but everything you love (hopefully) about Christmas Eve. The anticipation, the quiet (calm before the storm), the candles, the nostalgia, mixed with a dash of silliness & excitement!
And most importantly, it's a chance to be reminded of a baby boy who would one day offer His life so we could have Life.
